Terms & Conditions

Overview

These Terms and Conditions apply to all design and creative services provided by themaker.studio. By accepting a quote or engaging in services, the client agrees to these terms.

Services

•Services may include (but are not limited to):

•Branding & Logo Design

•Website Design

•Illustrations

•Social Media Design

•Video Production / Editing

•Print & Digital Collateral

Payment

•A 50% deposit is required to confirm your project booking.

•The remaining 50% is due before final delivery of files.

•Payments are made via EFT or secure online invoice.

Revisions

•Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions.

•Additional revisions will be billed at R325/hour.

Turnaround

•Estimated timelines are provided per project.

•Delays due to late feedback, approvals, or material submissions are not our responsibility.

Cancellation

•Deposits are non-refundable.

•If the client cancels after work has started, the client is liable for any hours worked at R750/hour.

Ownership

•Upon final payment, the client owns the final approved designs.

•Online Downloads remain available for 30 days only. Thereafter, designs are deleted and clients must ensure to make their own backups. We keep personal backups for future reference for 1 year.

•themaker.studio retains rights to use work in portfolios and promotional content.
